How payments & escrow work
Every inspection fee and short-stay deposit on J-Crest moves through escrow, then splits by published commission rules — so agents, owners and the platform each see a clear ledger.
1. You pay
Choose Flutterwave or Paystack at checkout. Cards, bank transfer and USSD are supported for Nigerian settlement.
2. Escrow holds
Successful payments are recorded against your booking/invoice. The platform treats the amount as escrow before distribution.
3. Auto-split
Commission rules split the fee: platform, listing agent, property owner, and estate manager — each credit lands in their wallet ledger.
4. Withdraw
KYC-verified agents, owners and managers request bank withdrawals. Admins approve or reject from the wallets console.
